Information about the company
Abadia a.s. is a manufacturing and trading company with a wide production program in the field of mechanical engineering and metalwork production and the manufacture of welded steel structures. We mostly focus on customized production and production in small series for the fields of construction and industry. We are located at the very end of the South Bohemian town of Tábor in the municipality Slapy near Tábor where we reside in the new production premises.
Besides the abovementioned, we produce a comprehensive range of our own products. We represent one of the leading suppliers of steel hanging balconies and loggias on the Central European market. Another one of our specializations consists in complex solutions in the field of technological lines and devices. Especially our equipment for casting sanitary ceramics matches the world-class level and competitiveness.

Technical department
The entire production process is based on careful technical preparation. We have our own design and construction department, which is the guarantor of quality for technical solutions. We are thus able to come up with ideas that solve problematic details and reduce your costs.
Specialized welding supervision
When it comes to crucial factors, we do not rely on external employees. Therefore, the welding process in Abadia a.s. is supervised by our own welding engineer. Thanks to this approach, we are able to guarantee production of high quality and training of all personnel concerned.
Quality comes first
The performance of visual and capillary testing of welds is ensured by our internal employee specializing in non-destructive testing in accordance with EN ISO 9712. We employ certified partners for ultrasound or x-ray testing.
We use superior equipment
Graphic and projection works are carried out while using the latest software for 2D and 3D designing, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Advance Steel. The same level is also maintained by our production devices and technological procedures.

We do not limit our activities to the territory of the Czech Republic. Almost 30% of our annual production is exported and our business partners are located, among others, in Germany, Austria, France and Great Britain.
