What Is Agrivoltaics?

Agrivoltaics combines traditional agriculture with modern photovoltaics. It is a method that enables the efficient use of land for electricity production from solar panels while simultaneously cultivating crops. The concept of agrivoltaics offers a solution to two major contemporary challenges: the need for sustainable energy and the efficient use of land.

What Types of Agrivoltaic Structures Do We Offer?

There are two basic approaches to agrivoltaics:

Vertical Solar Panels:

Plants can be grown between these panels. This agrivoltaic structure maximizes the use of available space.

High-Mounted Solar Panels:

Panels are placed up to 8 meters above the ground, allowing the cultivation of taller plants, such as trees or grapevines, directly beneath them.
