So-Ho Residence, Prague - Balconies

We are pleased to introduce the So-Ho Residence project, which represents a unique transformation of the former Tesla factory into modern apartments. This project retains its distinctive industrial character, giving it an unparalleled atmosphere.

Leveraging our extensive experience in balcony design and manufacturing, we crafted a tailor-made solution for this project. In collaboration with the project's designer, we developed a unique balcony construction that is both spacious and features ceramic flooring. The balcony structures are designed as a system where each balcony is mounted on rods at the level of the railing. This system ensures secure and stable anchoring of the balconies even in older buildings. All structures have been statically analyzed to ensure maximum safety and durability. In total, 94 balconies were installed.

The So-Ho Residence offers modern living in the heart of the city, with a focus on quality and unique design. Original industrial elements have been preserved and thoughtfully complemented with modern architectural solutions, providing the space with an extraordinary appearance and functionality.
