For the expansion project of the substation and transformer station in...
We contributed to the connection between Holešovice and the Port 7 complex with a modern steel footbridge leading to the Holešovice railway station. This new link features stainless steel mesh railings. Weighing over 25 tons, the footbridge is constructed from steel, with most of the material sourced from recycled resources.
Transformation:
The former brownfield site near the Troja Bridge has been transformed into a new center in Prague's Holešovice district. As part of the Port7 project, the former factory for concrete prefabricated panels was redeveloped by DAM.architekti into a dynamic complex adjacent to the Troja Bridge. Now, three office buildings stand here, offering a total of 35,642 m² of prime office and retail space. At the heart of this development is the Port7 piazzetta, where visitors can find shops, restaurants, cafes, and various services. The landscaped greenery with a riverside promenade provides a tranquil place for relaxation and gatherings.
Harbor of Comfort:
The investor places a strong emphasis on the comfort and convenience of tenants within the Port7 complex, offering a wide range of services—from restaurants to wine bars. Plans for the area include expanding services in Holešovice to include a beauty salon, pharmacy, grocery store, and more. For relaxation and leisure, there is a wellness center, school, and kindergarten available.
LEED & WELL Certification:
The construction of this complex was undertaken with a focus on sustainability and tenant health. The quality and care involved in this project are confirmed by LEED and WELL certifications.
