Vanguard Prague

In the Vanguard project, we played a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive range of metalwork products. Key elements we provided include:

• Stainless steel mesh railings for the terraces.
• Steel structures for the car elevator.
• Internal staircases and railings for loft apartments in three distinct designs—glass, perforated metal, and stainless steel mesh. These elements were crafted according to the detailed specifications of the architects involved in the creative team.
• Basement storage units.
• Walkways in shafts and anchor elements for the installation of new facade components.
• Relocation and installation of the original monumental doors into the civil defense nuclear shelter.

Vanguard: Breathing New Life into a Former Factory

Located in Modřany, on the site of the former Microna factory specializing in aviation technology, Vanguard has emerged as a distinctive loft concept following a meticulous renovation. This space, featuring lofty industrial ceilings, expansive windows, and stunning views, has become one of the most significant construction projects in the region. Spanning a total area of 16,000 m², the development consists of a precast reinforced concrete skeleton and offers 150 lofts with flexible layouts. Many of these lofts feature terraces and provide breathtaking views of the surroundings. The 14 floors highlight both versatile floor plans and impressive ceiling heights.

One of Vanguard's standout features is its thoughtfully designed private wellness area located in the former nuclear shelter. This exclusive facility includes a 20-meter glass-walled pool, a sauna, and a party room. The project's rooftop terraces are accessible to all residents and feature a glass sauna with panoramic river views. Vanguard also introduces an innovative car elevator, allowing residents to drive their vehicles or motorcycles directly to their apartment level.
