AFI Home Třebešín, Prague

As part of the last stage of the AFI Tulipa Třebešín project, this building was constructed under the AFI Home brand. The seven-story building, complemented by a separate garage, presents 61 apartments in various layouts, from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom. The location of the apartment offers excellent transport access thanks to the proximity of the bus stop and the nearby Želivského metro station, as well as offering plenty of greenery and a kindergarten.

At Abadia, we are proud to have been the exclusive suppliers of the metalwork components for this project. Our collaboration included:

• Glass terrace railings: All-glass balustrade railings with clear glass anchored in a continuous profile.
• Glass railings on rooftop terraces: A luxurious solution with anchoring on spacers.
• Glass dividing walls with milk glass: A combination of privacy and aesthetics.
• Continuous aluminium facade profile: A key component of the architectural appearance and aesthetic of the building.
• Interior staircase railings: Railing and handrails in an anthracite shade.
• Spiral staircase in commercial areas: Aesthetically pleasing solution.
• Other metalwork components: Including transom railings on the garage roof, shutters, gates, shaft grilles, and many other components.
